Payment, Delivery & Returns

 It is your responsibility as the customer to be aware of the Terms and Conditions of Anthea Arts & Crafts and by purchasing/ordering from us you are agreeing to adhere to our Terms and Conditions. This information is correct to the best of our knowledge. 

 USE OF TERMS 

 By the use of the terms 'I',  'we', 'our' and 'us' on this website and in the terms and conditions, it refers to the sole trader and owner of Anthea's Arts & Crafts (Anthea Morton) and Anthea's Arts & Crafts as a whole. 

 PAYMENT POLICY 

All prices are subject to change. Payment needs to be made in full before I start work on your order. All payments are made securely and easily with Paypal. Please make sure that your address is correct as I accept no responsibility for items going missing due to incorrect postal address details. Unless otherwise informed I aim to have all orders completed and ready for dispatch within 7 working days from when payment received. Large/multiple orders may take longer and I'll message you if the dispatch time will be longer. If there are any problems I will of course keep you informed.        

 DELIVERY POLICY 

 Within the UK all my items are posted by Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour delivery. If you require faster postage I'm happy to provide a quote for this upon request. I always obtain proof of postage and  some items will require a signature on delivery. Occasionally there are postal delays so please allow 2 weeks for items to arrive from the date posted. If not arrived after 14 days please contact me. If outside of the UK items are sent by Royal Mail International standard and some may require a signature upon delivery and should arrive within 7-10 working days. Occasionally there are postal delays but if your order hasn't arrived by 14 days then please contact me. I always obtain proof of posting and items will be wrapped suitably to prevent damage. If your item fails to arrive within 3 weeks I will offer a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. 

 IMPORT/CUSTOM DUTIES

Customs policies and import duties will vary from country to country. I will not know if items ordered by my customers will be subject to import duties, as they are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge, this must be paid for by you, the recipient of the parcel.

       

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your order? 

To cancel your purchase, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. When returning the item please make sure it is in the secure condition it was sent to you to ensure its safe return and do so within 30 days from the date you cancelled. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item/s to us (unless damaged/faulty see below). We advise you return items to us using the same method of postage (if unsure please ask us first. We also require you to obtain proof of posting (receipt). If your item returns to us meeting these conditions then you will receive your refund within 14 days.

 Faulty/Damaged goods? 

In this instance we ask you to please contact us first. You must do so within 30 days of receiving goods. You can also email a photo of the problem if you wish. If we need you to return the item to us, we will cover the cost of doing so however we ask you to obtain proof of postage (receipt) and also send the faulty item back to us using the same method of postage , if unsure please ask. If your item returns to us meeting these conditions then you will receive a refund or a replacement within 14 days. 

 PLEASE NOTE Personalised items made to your personal specification are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, faulty or misspelt. If in doubt, please just message us first and we can have a chat to resolve any problems. If your item is damaged it may be useful to send us an image so we can contact the postal service.

If you wish a bespoke or customised order please contact me and we can discuss your ideas. Please note my items ARE NOT toys, and are for decorative purposes only and should not be given to and kept away from children as some contain small parts. 

 I do not paint anything with Copyright i.e Disney etc 

 By using the Anthea's Arts & Crafts website you must not copy, alter or reproduce any of the text or images without asking to do so and disclosing what your intended purpose would be with the information. 

If you purchase or order goods from Anthea's Arts & Crafts, these goods belong to you and may be gifted to another however the design belongs solely to Anthea's Arts & Crafts and you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify or distribute in any way for commercial purposes 

 It is my responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that I have not met my legal obligations please contact me.

 I am fully insured with public and product liability insurance and if any cases are brought against me this must be done within UK courts/law.

 These conditions are subject to periodic change.
